Lead Time

Ready to ship products will ship within 5 business days. Holidays and weekends are not included in this time frame or my lead time. Custom orders that are not epoxy tumblers lead time is around 4 weeks, it just depends if I have items on hand or if I have to order them and how many orders I have when you place your order! Epoxy tumblers have a 4-6 week lead time! Depending on current workload, rush orders can be accommodated for an additional charge.

If you do not see an item shown that you are interested in purchasing email me and I can let you know if its something I can make. If it is I can create a listing for it. There is still items I am adding at this time.

    ❖ Custom orders are always accepted. – show me a design or advise your idea and we can work from there.

    ❖ Custom orders cannot be changed once started.

    ❖ Due to the nature of hand made custom items no two products will be the same. Each piece will have variations.

  • Refunds

    ❖ We do NOT offer refunds at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO CANCELLATIONS.

    ❖ Customers have 48 hours from time of receiving your order, to report any damage via manufacturing flaw, or shipping induced damage.

    ❖❖PLEASE NOTE❖❖ Ordering the incorrect size or color is not a refundable event.

  • Shipping

    ❖ When checking out make sure route shipping protection is include your cart. If you take it off or its not added 3 Peas in a Pod will not be held responsible for damaged or missing orders.

    ❖If your shipment comes in broken/damaged, you have 48 hours from time of receiving the package to message me with images of the damage for a replacement. Refunds will not be offered unless I am unable to replace it, then at that time, I will issue a refund.

    ❖ Any lost or stolen items from USPS will NOT be held accountable on 3 Peas in a Pod Creations!

    ❖If you approve no shipping and want to pick up, you have 5 business days to pick up unless agreed upon a date/time specifically, otherwise, I will have to discard, and a refund will not be issued.
